Firstly, I’d like to say thank you to the team. I was made to feel very comfortable during the session. I was given all the information I needed. It was my first experience, definitely not my last. The massage chair is something you must experience yourself to know how good the pressure is and how rejuvenated you feel afterwards. The Cryotherapy - it was three minutes under -110’C. You can select a song of your choice whilst in the chamber. It really helps the time fly. I am used to regular cold exposure but this is different. Different from a cold shower and very different from a cold plunge. The cold is sudden but dry. It is sharp but not painful. The after effect is complete warmth and euphoria. I’m writing this the day after the session and my aches and pains are less. The euphoria is still the same. The chair and the chamber combined are more like medical devices.  Thank you again. Great customer service, and knowledgeable service. I used a massage chair for about 10-15 minutes to relax the muscles and stimulate blood circulation, preparing the body for the cryo.
